I'm using Dreamhost and am having a problem they cannot answer.
I use the .forward.postfix file that they specify. My .procmailrc file is:

LOGFILE=$PMDIR/pmlog
LOG="

DEFAULT=$HOME/Maildir
MAILDIR=$HOME/Maildir

This works. However, emails from my domain, trentonsoupkitchen.org,
never make it into $MAILDIR. Instead they go to /var/mail/cathyv
(cathyv is the appropriate username).
