Renamed bogus "/var/mail/caseym" into "/var/mail/BOGUS.caseym.j8UB"

I've just had a major server crash and when getting everything back
on-line i've noticed this is my maillog?

May 30 16:23:46 mail procmail[7387]: Renamed bogus "/var/mail/caseym" into
"/var/mail/BOGUS.caseym.j8UB"
May 30 16:23:46 mail procmail[7388]: Renamed bogus "/var/mail/codys" into
"/var/mail/BOGUS.codys.2DVB"

I've done everything I can think of but i'm out of idea's.

Can someone tell me whats going on?
