Hi, is my first time here in the forum and my question is about X-
Recipient
header.
That's a none standard header that will not necessarily exist in all
emails.
Can in some way, change the To header to the same value of X-
Recipient
header before other rules be read in the procmailrc ?
CAN you? Yes.

* ^X-Recipient:[ ]+\/.*
{ XREC=$MATCH }
you would then use formail to rewrite the To: header.
I do not recommend this, so I'll leave that portion as an exercise for
you.
