rule becomes inaccessible. It is not lost, but it is stored
somewhere in mbox format. This is surely not correct.
Any msg that "falls thru" your defined rules will be deliver to $DEFAULT/
as defined in your ~/.procmailrc or lacking that, /etc/procmailrc.
