What happens to the mail if the trailing : on the :0: construct is removed?
read the manpages for procmail/procmailrc about locks
removing the trailing ":" will have no effect for maildir as locks are
not needed/used(?), but necessary for mdir to keep two processes from
writing the same file at the same time (which equals corrumption).
