The message id, and whatever you mean by SENDER and RECIPIENT, will
be in the headers of the email.
Please read my question more carefully. I spelled out _exactly_ what I
was after.
If you can change the sendmail.cf, you can pass whatever you want in
the procmail command, e.g.
procmail FOO=this BAR=that procmailrcfile
sets $FOO and $BAR when running the script.
If you don't have access to the sendmail.cf, a sensible person would
extract info from the mail headers.
