This trip, I managed to edit a new revision of the draft-02 which
includes the exec and exists mechanisms. Also, macro operations are
more fully specified. Please review. After a round of feedback I plan
to release it as draft-03.

We need to freeze the spec soon so independent implementations can
proceed. If anybody wants any major changes, speak now...
(Oh, I presented SPF at the Hacker Conference today; it was well
received. And thanks to Mark Lentczner for being there.)
There are a number of IETF-heads here; I will ask them for advice
regarding IETF process and how best to proceed. I perceive a
groundswell of support for SPF: a lot of people are impatient to get
something up and running. I am not confident in the ASRG unification
process, and we must consider moving ahead without official blessing.
In any case we'll only have final word on that after the IETF
Minneapolis meeting that starts this week.
