Yep. I look at SPF not so much as a way to reduce the amount of spam
that flows into any individual user's inbox (although widespread
adoption probably will help accomplish that) as a way to protect my
mail servers from blowing up just due to the bounce load whenever
someone forges my domain name in a From: line.
