Sorry, but Hector does not talk about "checking HELO every time". He
talk about the special case when the HELO string is (from) his local domain.
I believe that in this setup, no system may use "domain.tld" in HELO,
unless it is one of the MXes of this domain. If so, then changing SPF
so that it always checks HELO would not result in FPs.
Yes, but Hector does not talk about one ore more application of SPF. He
talk about a missing part in the SPF specification.
Or i misunderstand Hector?
