Sorry, but Hector does not talk about "checking HELO every time". He
talk about the special case when the HELO string is (from) his local domain.
Maybe, maybe not. This does not matter. *I* am talking about a more generic
case where others _also_ may check my HELO string. This includes, but is not
limited to, the special case where I can check use of my local HELO strings.
If the only check needed is for using _my_ domain in email _to_ my domain,
there are other ways of doing so and SPF is not needed.
