The spec is frozen as far as publishers are concerned, but the
receiver-side semantics are still subject to a bit of refinement. We're
still working on things like the precise format of the Received-SPF
header. One other change that happened recently was the two-step
processing of HELO-fail before MAIL-FROM tests. Still transparent for
senders but better effectiveness for receivers.
