Here's some.
It isn't clean data (I switched guess on last week) but I find
it interesting nonetheless.
Score Spam Ham Key
0.995 2040 17 HReceived-SPF:neutral
0.797 7523 2960 HReceived-SPF:none
0.010 67 10139 HReceived-SPF:pass
1.000 144 0 HReceived-SPF:softfail
As a note, based on these numbers I would definitely
not reject on no SPF, though for non-business purposes
I might reject on softfail or neutral.
Other people's stats (especially ones that have been
running with guess on longer) would be quite enlightening as well.
Can you break this down by domain, per chance? How are you getting these
stats? I would like to collect some of my own from home.
