Yes, that would be very helpful.

In your discussion, please mention in detail the tradeoffs
of setting a ?include: --- specifically the possibility that
aggressive receivers will negatively score a supposedly
"neutral" message anyway.

OK.  It may take me a little while to carve out the time for it.

BTW (and not to resurrect the issue), this was part of my thinking when I
wanted to add SOFTPASS/PERMITTED.
