Here's a sample form letter, adapt it to your needs. I think it is simple,
short, to the point, etc... If anyone has any better ideas, or proposed
corrections, post it here.

Dear <DNS Provider>,

Recently, many proposals to combat spam have been using TXT records in DNS.
For instance, SPF (http://spf.pobox.com/), a popular solution supported by
AOL.com, Amazon.com, and other important companies, uses TXT records in DNS
to publish which servers are allowed to send email for their domains.

Your DNS service does not allow me to specify TXT records. I can't publish
my SPF information because of this. I am switching to <the other provider>
because they allow me to specify TXT records.

Your customer service has been great, and your DNS services have been easy
to use and reliable. I would switch back to you if you allowed me to
publish TXT records for my domains.

Sincerely,

<Me>
