Is there anyway that we can send emails through our secure email
client myrealbox but still have the From appear as
user(_at_)rubicindia(_dot_)com
when sending to email address where there host uses SPF?

Are you using the domain rubicindia.com or rubicoindia.com? The latter
exists, the former doesn't. Most sites will refuse mail from
non-existent domains so if you're using rubicindia.com you'll get lots
of bounces.

Sites will only refuse your mail for SPF reasons if you publish an SPF
record (there is none for rubicoindia.com) and you send mail from
somewhere not listed in the SPF record.
