discovered against Microsoft SMTP/excahnge servers since 1 January 2000?
That's like saying "How many cars were broken into by using a pile
driver last year"? They weren't. They were broken into via the
stunningly poor security of other typical services on an Exchange
Server, such as being wildly vulnerable to email viruses that their
administrators happen to click on.
