It is impossible to evaluate your claim unless you provide us with
with the MAIL FROM address for the above incident. The HELO domain
is sometimes also required.
I do not use exim and I do not know the format of the log, but it
seems safe to assume that F= is the sender (F is for from) and H= is
the SMTP client (H is for HELO).
