It's not exactly that I _want_ this, but I contribute almost
daily to rfc-ignorant.org, a nice and simple reputation system.
Not at all. RFCi is certainly useful however it is _not_ a
reputation system. RFCi justs lists systems that are not
technically sound.
"postmaster.rfc-ignorant.org" just lists domains without a
postmaster mailbox (for full details and 100% truth please see
the listing criteria on their site)
No effort is made by RFCi to list domains that do read the messages
yet refuse to take appropriate measures.
