Actually, it's not that difficult. If you can compile sendmail yourself
you can also compile a patched sendmail. Just get the correct patch for
sendmail (libspf or libspf2, I wrote the patch for the latter myself :),
apply it as per the instructions (one command) and compile as usual.
Of course, you'll also have to install an spf library, but that's as
easy as './configure ; make ; make install'
