I agree with all what you've written. Only one problem: CSV
is not yet really 'on one track, branded "SPF"' with all other
envelope / transport tests.
What's the best way to handle this, treat CLEAR as continuation
of MARID when (if) CLEAR is formally established as IETF WG ?
Another question, can William's Responsible-SUBMITTER and the
MARID-SUBMITTER coexist ?
