That's just net abuse.  Report it to postmaster@, abuse@, and
nanas as you see fit.  And tell the receivers why they won't
get any mail from the victims of this ignorance.  It's the same
problem as with broken C/R systems or with AV-software sending
bounces to forged addresses.
