It's in these within-transport situations that I believe some parties have
concerns about inspecting the message content and/or making message
disposition decisions without tracable authority from the sender or
recipient.
Remember the forwarder works on behalf of the recipient. At least that's
who pays their bills. So the mail going through their system belongs to
their customer. If we want to know about forwarding, I guess we ought to
ask Meng. PoBox earns their living that way.
