Judging from the comments over the last few days, I would change the
record to:

Of course, since Anne has not responded to this list or to me
privately, this may be a totally moot discussion.
I have not posted further to this particular thread because the
discussion now in the thread is of a technical nature, and I have
nothing I can add to it.
I have responded to all private messages which I have received,
however you are not the first (you are the 2nd) to say that you have
sent me something privately, which I have not received. So I
apologize, and please resend, and please send to me at amitchell at
isipp.com (and to further help ensure that I get it directly, please
*remove* any mailing list indicia from the subject line. I do not
read personal mail on my gmail account, and even at my other account,
mailing list email is treated very differently (hence my asking folks
to "please contact me offlist at amitchell at isipp.com." in the
original post. [Note: I'm not saying that you didn't do it, just
saying that for some reason I didn't get it.]))
