I have been asked for some information on who is allowed to vote.
The register is a merge of all the spf mail-lists subscribers.
There are 4,999 names on the list.

That is not appropriate. I don't believe there has been that many people
posting over the last year and as such public has no way to verify if
somebody is indeed on mail list or not and should be allowed to participate
in election or not. I do believe that at least one post on one of spf
discussion lists should be a requirement. Please modify the list
accordingly or otherwise mark the emails for which we have no
confirmation on previous postings.

In some cases, I wish the right to vote were INVERSELY correlated to
frequency of posting. -- George Mitchell
