Good idea, but RFCI is about RfCs, not draft-schlitt-spf-0? or
lentczner-00 or mengwong-01.  The top priority should be the
RfC, anything else discussed in the council is built on sand
without an "official" SPF standard.

Memphis vs. Nashville is fascinating, but it's also irrelevant
for a council of five.
