someone would like to re-start the adoption roll, I can probably help

I have access to zone files for largest TLDs, so I could probably do it
in more or less automated fashion (and if somebody wants to donate setup
for doing actual comparison on what data is published in TXT that would
help to jump start it). This would be only for direct TLD deligated
domains and for email they may well be using subdomains and I have no
way to know that or collect data for MTA host records.
