It is the domain we want, not the soa record.

You do not need to look for the SOA record.

But the information you want is right there!  According to the authority
section, the SOA record is placed, and the zone starts, at
"verisign.net.".

Sure.  Now look for "www.verisign.net  TXT".  Unless you get a different
answer than I get, there is no need to look for a soa record.
I get a hint when I look for TXT records as well.
