Meng's a member of the Council, he doesn't need to do this ;-)
It's more a question of access rights for updates etc. Some
weeks ago he said that he'd reinstall the old design, but he
probably forgot it like some announced spf-announce articles,
and is busy with more important stuff than SPF like Karma etc.
For the PURL it's irrelevant where the target is, as long as
there's at least one target URL willing to get the numerous (?)
why.html hits. IIRC there was already an alternative to this
why.html somewhere else, but I didn't note the link because
it was on the old spf-help.net together with all relevant SPF
online forms. Now gone, or I don't find it anymore.
