If what you really want is <URL:http://spf.pobox.com/why.html>

Is there any advantage in using a redirecting url such as
http://purl.net/net/spf over temporarily redirecting another
name outside of the perl.net system, such as using
http://really-cool-spf-site-name.com/ ?
If there is no difference, then simply figuring out a good permanent
name now can mean we'd have an immediate resolution on the question
of what URL to put into error messages, even if the rest of the
website-related decisions take months.
