You haven't changed this, it's still spf2.0/mfrom etc.  So far
there's no technical reason to use v=spf2/mfrom  That could be
necessary if v=spf2 is incompatible with spf2.0, especially if
the concepts of (positional) modifiers are different.

strictly viewed, we lack substantial amounts of empirical
data to conclusively answer the question.

You need no empirical data for "mfrom IsNot pra", but maybe
you need a BASIC Mickey license from one Sir "Gee Whiz" Bill.
