I'm not interested in "new features", as long as we don't

And the reference implementation, Mail::SPF::Query, has not
been updated for a long time.
In the case of the "zone cut" that's a "feature" ;-) But it's
less funny if an SPF implementor is forced to ask in spf-devel
why spf.pobox.com talks about ignoring unknown mechanisms where
the -00 standard says that this a syntax error.
And what's going on with draft -01pre ? This implementor will
be very unhappy if he wasted his time with the "zone cut", and
it's removed in -01pre.
The SPF Council PR apparently never made it to spf-announce, or
at least the last "news" I see on GMaNe in spf-announce is an
article from Wayne, 2004-02-04 (yes, 2004).
