You won't find it for free accounts, it's a premium service.
Or a business domain, for that matter, preparing for
-all deployment and using %{l} as part of a policy to
track down the less-informed users (like those sending
through their home ISP, ignoring notifications to use
web mail or the MSP) to gently bring them into the fold.
