In the duplication of effort department, as I've been hacking stuff
together I've noticed that the SPF-Help pages are very well put together
and fairly complete. I really can't do much better than that on my own.

I am more than happy to focus my efforts down to why.html and point the
domains at wherever the official site lands.

This is why such discussions need to take place publicly.

It has been discussed here. It was on the agenda for the meeting last
Wednesday, but we didn't have a quorum to make any offical decisions.

I'm already setup, and have registered appropriate domains.
I can direct those domains at the will of the council, but it
is done.

I think we are up to around a dozen domains that have been registered
and offered. They have been posted in the past. The ones I can think
of off the top of my head are OpenSPF.org, mail-spf.org,
spf-classic.org and now email-spf.org.
