confirmed in two WGs (LTRU, USEFOR) and two other IETF lists
(overruling Bruce).

No, unlike 2234bis or SPF the new 22821bis drafts are not yet
approved RfCs. In theory they could end up in another part of
the RfC editor queue (individual submission standards track)
and be published before SPF (individual experimental), but
that's not very likely.
IMHO you can now forget the I-D for some weeks, just make sure
that you always know where your co-author is (and v.v.), you
both have to approve the final version.
