Just to be clear, it is the use of the "ptr" mechanism in this example
that could trigger the "incomplete processing", right?  Or, is it the
use of the unroutable IP addresses of 192.0.2.0/24?


Sorry, it was the PTR.  If PTR has more than 10 records, a message that
'should' fail will pass in the example:

ptr._spf.example.com.  SPF  "v=spf1 -ptr +all"
