Okay, if that's the case then it's of course not the Sender.
I thought that user(_at_)church picked the recipients (To, Cc,
Bcc, newsgroups) and routes (Bill's service among others).
If in fact Bill did all, maybe using a fixed list of who the
recipients should be, then he's indeed the Sender (or some
kind of mailing list, or both). If user(_at_)church determined
the recipients, and sent a complete message/rfc822 to Bill -
let's ignore the details with Bcc for the moment - and Bill
only expands that into SMTP sessions with the corresponding
RCPT TO, then user@ would be the sender using Bill as MSA.
Really tricky, see parallel reply, there are lots of ways
to get it right. "Just add a Sender" won't work if there
is already a sender.
