Debugging.  Testing.  Not yet sure that you have all IPs of
outgoing MTAs enumerated.  SOFTFAIL as dirty trick to bypass
erroneous tests behind the MX of the recipient can backfire:

maybe neutral will be better for that situations

But then you don't get any feedback.  SOFTFAIL says the receiver
MAY provide feedback.

NEUTRAL is really the SOFTPASS people keep asking for.
