*You* may not want the bounces of your mail, but I think you will find
that most senders don't want their private correspondence bouncing to
anyone other than themselves.
Yet if I send email to user(_at_)example(_dot_)com, then I want the bounce to
tell me that the mail I sent to 'user(_at_)example(_dot_)com' did not reach its
intended recipient. I *do not* want to be told that a mail could not
be delivered to 'someone(_at_)aol(_dot_)com'.
Also, in the other direction, if advertise my email address as
'user(_at_)example(_dot_)com' but have this forwarded to my 'real' account at
'me(_at_)myisp(_dot_)com' then I would not want people who sent mail to
'user(_at_)example(_dot_)com' to see bounces which show
'me(_at_)myisp(_dot_)com'. I would
want them to be told that their mail sent to 'user(_at_)example(_dot_)com' could
not be delivered, not that there was a problem delivering to
'me(_at_)myisp(_dot_)com'.
