Hmm. I can't reproduce. Here is what I setup:
I was misunderstanding what the client told me. The mail *was* getting
delivered - but Hotmail was displaying a warning bar over the message.
The warning bar said "this message could not be verified by Sender-ID".
It actually had nothing to do with SPF. They were not, apparently
using SPF records for Sender-ID.
