If there are any disputes, please email me ASAP. I will respond to any
disputes and the council will vote on how to resolve them. Any disputes must

to acknowledge the dispute, I recommend sending it again and copying the four
other outgoing council members to ensure that at least one of us receives it
by the deadline.

If there are no disputes, or if all disputes are resolved successfully by the
current council, the new council should start its term on Mon 30-Jan.

SPF team-

One voter contacted me to say he did not find a ballot matching his own on the
detailed results screen. Just to be on the safe side, I would like to ask if
anyone who has a few spare moments can look at the detailed results and try to
find at least one ballot matching his/her own. (If you don't remember exactly
how you voted, that's OK, you don't need to do anything at this time)

Please reply to me directly to let me know so I can get a feeling for how many
votes may have been affected. If there are no similar reports, I will
probably recommend to the council that we go ahead and certify the results,
and chalk the lost ballot up to a server glitch, browser problem, or other
unknown factor.

I know the dispute period ends today, but if you have additional information
for me, please send it either today or tomorrow, and I'll consider it as part
of the same dispute process. I'll try to collect the info and make a
recommendation tomorrow evening.

Council- that means we will need to have a vote, but not necessarily a
meeting. Please just watch your email for spf-council material and I'll keep
everyone informed.

Everyone says that having power is a great responsibility. This is a lot
of bunk. Responsibility is when someone can blame you if something goes
wrong. When you have power you are surrounded by people whose job it is
to take the blame for your mistakes. If they're smart, that is.
