It should not be pulled out of Received-SPF. Envelope from is contained
in all emails as Return-Path field that is added by MDA at the top of
the message header. The field is already displayed by some MUAs.
BTW - An interesting note is that in their patent MS described algorithm
to get PRA as based on "From", "Sender", "Resent-" and "Return-Path".
