Hi all,

Wayne still being unreachable, we may have to consider the possibility of
having to complete the RFC process without him. I have no idea if the RFC
Editor will play along without Wayne's approval, but I don't see what else
we can do if Wayne doesn't show up soon. :-((
So the first step would be trying to reconstruct the list of last minute
changes that Wayne had compiled.
I know that the SPF council's contact info update was one of the things on
his list, and I have already added it to our public list of AUTH48 changes
[1].
I also know that there were some ABNF grammar fixes, but when I went
looking for them in my spf-discuss archives earlier today I couldn't find
any specifics. And there was the SPF/TXT RR synchronicity issue, the
proposed solution of which I don't know, and which according to Wayne
probably requires approval from the IESG to be fixed.
Frank and others, could you please help me trying to make the above items
more specific and recall the other items that were on Wayne's list?
Julian.
