I was going to explain to someone that Scott's SPF validator can
be used to convince a sender his SPF record is faulty. However,
either the Python SPF library or I am wrong in the following case:
Found v=spf1 record for <<snip>>
v=spf1 mx ip4:<<ip-address>>/32 ip4:<<ip-address>>/32 ?all:3600
evaluating...
SPF record passed validation test with pySPF (Python SPF library)!
Is that ":3600" part really possible? If so, what does it mean?
