Is that ":3600" part really possible? If so, what does it mean?
The :3600 part violates RFC 4408. From the ABNF:
mechanism = ( all / include / A / MX / PTR / IP4 / IP6 / exists )
all = "all"
That's what I thought. So it seems a bug in the spf library exists.
The version on my validator is fixed. I also committed it to the sourceforge
library for pyspf. While I was in there I also changed it to allow a
trailing dot in the domain name, changed Type TXT and SPF not identical to a
warning instead of an error, and updated internal references to RFC 4408.
So, have at it.
