Have you tried Hexago's TSP Client? http://www.hexago.com/
It basically opens a VPN tunnel from your machine to IPv6 netspace
(Freenet6) and then your machine has a fully functional IPv6 presence.
And if you register on the site your IPv6 address is apparently static
as well.
