You can offer some PASS rest NEUTRAL.  And maybe a few obvious FAILs,
e.g. if you're sure that vodafone is never spews listed.  You could also
propose a no-nonsense SPF HELO policy, if that's a separate subdomain.

Or otherwise op=helo to FAIL the enforced NEUTRAL for HELO, film(_at_)11 :-)

Something like that yes, but warn that some reject neutral and neutral gets a 
significant 
negative score in spamassassin.

I'm also going to see if the Blackberry can be made to send through a different 
MTA.  The docs 
I could find online weren't very informative.
