I'd suggest that you take one IP near each of your
production outbounds and relegate them to the task of
sending all non-delivery notifications, and only NDRs.

I've found folks being much less unhappy when their
NDRs end up in their spam folder than when legitimate
email ends up in their spam folder.  A small, distasteful
hack, but it makes SpamCop and friends much happier.
