No, the MAIL FROM will be incomprehensible. The From header field stays
the same. The MAIL FROM (shown as Return-Path in MUA) is only used
by email software to send DSNs, so it doesn't need to look familiar
to a human. The email software only looks at the domain to deliver.
It doesn't (or shouldn't) care what the local part looks like.
