Hmm. I'm not sure it's worth it, but one way would be to display
a cookie on the web page when registering. The user would be instructed
to copy/paste the cookie to an email message, and send it to the web site.
When the email with cookie is received, only then would a confirmation email be
sent to verify that the email can receive as well as send.
