The other word that needs to get out is that SPF can only break forwarding
(or secondary MXes) when receivers totally screw up their implementation.  And
receivers that have legitimate reasons why proper forwarder handling is more
difficult than proper MX handling (large ESPs that allow users to setup
random alias forwarders with no reporting or supervision) can simply punt and
not check SPF.  There is never any reason not to publish SPF (other than an
irrational and/or criminal desire to send mail from random MTAs worldwide).
